Sports, Inc. is a sporting goods buying organization with over 500 members and 750 sales locations in all 50 states and Canada.
Sports, Inc. was founded in 1965 in Lewistown, Montana, as a means for independent sporting goods retailers to grow and prosper in a competitive marketplace. Since our beginning with seven outdoor stores, Sports, Inc. has grown into a nationwide network of stores involved in all facets of the sporting goods industry.
Today, we are the most diverse and largest sporting goods buying group based on our number of independently owned retailers and their store locations. We are proud of our unique reputation for innovation and service, the dedication of our staff and the extremely high quality of our membership.
We are committed to helping independent sporting goods retailers remain competitive and prosperous. Our staff strives to develop mutually beneficial relationships with over 1,000 vendors to allow our members to take advantage of superior buying and service opportunities.
Grassroots Alliance Fall ‘23 Connect Show
Innovative, efficient, and energizing, join over 100 independent specialty outdoor retailers and over 100 top brand exhibitors and sales reps for our Spring ‘19 Connect show. The invitation-only Connect features a unique format that simplifies the typical tradeshow, focusing efforts on buying and selling, collaborating on product developments and performance, and learning about industry trends, data, and best practices. We couldn’t be more excited about bringing the heart of our industry together, as key brands and retailers work together to set the course for the category as a whole.

Produced by the American Sportfishing Association, the International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades (ICAST) is the world’s largest sportfishing trade show. ICAST continues to be the place where the most valuable business relationships are born, strengthened and celebrated.
Orlando, home to world class dining and lodging, and the expansive Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) have been home to ICAST for many years and we are excited to be back.
