I grew up in family owned and operated ski/outdoor/bike/patio retail stores, based in the Wisconsin, the first of which opened in 1971. After graduating from college with BA in Marketing from Fort Lewis College, in Durango, CO, I was hired on with Rossignol Ski Company as a Sales Associate in the Midwest Territory. I worked for Rossignol thru four seasons, when I was hired by Salomon Sports into the Race / Promotions Department, and relocated to Georgetown, MA. In the late nineties, I had an opportunity to form my own Independent Sales Agency in Minneapolis, taking over the venerable Olin Ski Brand, and the rest they say is history. I took over the Olin business and added Select Sport Bags and Kombi Gloves, the latter two I still represent to this day. Over the span of an over 20yr history on the independent side of this business, in addition to a wide range of category sales experience, I have also gained experience in Sales Management, brand marketing work, product development and logistics/distribution. Currently, my agency employs, including myself, three Full-Time Associates and two Part-Time Seasonal employees, and over the 20yr history, my team and I have been recognized multiple times for sales performance, with accolades from the brands we represent to honors from the trade. When not working, I love the water, mtn-biking, hiking and chasing my daughter from ski race to ski race.

Brandon hales from “the valley” of Central Wisconsin and covers the eastern zone of accounts for the agency, representing all of our lines in our portfolio. In addition to bringing his youthful exuberance to my agency, working tirelessly to get an understanding of the Independent Sales business, he also brings powerful experience in the outdoor/specialty arena working within the VF Corporation as a Customer Service Specialist/Special Project Coordinator for VANS. At VANS, he was responsible for Managing 5 Sales territories nationwide composed of a variety of specialty and key account footwear, apparel, accessory and snow accounts. There he created long term concrete relationships and customer rapport that have proved positive thru today. He is recently engaged, and his spare time is spent camping, mtn-biking, riding and enjoying the outdoors.

CT is the newest member of the team, lives in Minneapolis and covers the western zone of accounts for the agency, representing all of our lines. He brings a wide breadth of knowledge across several relevant product categories and industry position knowledge, most recently he managed the GIRO Snow Helmet business for the previous 8yrs, alongside pioneering Rossignol Softgoods and Neve Apparel, and has held various positions in store management, retail buying and general retail over the years. He has skateboarded and snowboarded for over 25 years, and as a sponsored rider for Rossignol competed in boardercross and was regionally ranked 3rd and 25th two consecutive years. In his college years, in continued to compete and instruct, and made the ultimate decision to follow his passion and sought out a career in film and snowboarding for a living. And when he is not working, traveling or volunteering, CT spends his time mountain biking, riding motorcycles, and auto racing. His passion for snowboarding and skateboarding was the fire that started Kicker Project – Boardsports for Kids, an organization that he founded. It’s a program to provide skate and snowboarding programs to under-served youth in the Twin Cities, and it’s idea is simple, show kids the sports you love and they might love them too.

Wenda Danduran, Everything Else

wenda@njpandassociates.com

Not only has she worked for many years within the business, but also her time spent as a buyer/owner in a small chain of local Minneapolis metro ski/bike shops put her in a position to know, not only the retail side of the business, but also the buying side of the business. Certainly, experiences that allow her the ability to tailor the level of service and the type of sales pitch for each of the different buyers/managers/owners that are out there in the retail landscape. And as stated above, the ability to be an immediate asset to all facets of my business and the ability to focus on driving the existing and new parts of our business!
